Overview:

As digital space expands beyond the reaches of homes and paved roads, we at Educators argue that no one should be left behind or unheard. Our design goal for digital space places the immersive tools that educators sorely needed during the Pandemic of COVID19 when learning migrated towards an online approach. The intent is to grow an online community of learners that will transfer their skills, proficiencies, and talents into practical outlets, professional experience, and roles as tutors and mentors. With this design goal, students face challenges and a feedback loop that ensures the development of a dependent learner to an independent learner.

Purpose:

Educators stand to emphasize our mission statement is to create a tool that will do more than decipher academia but connect communities of all languages in exploring learning. Within the application and webpage, learners can expect to find:

  • Homepage

    • Where students can incorporate their location for plans, events, and most used applications.

  • School Page

    • Where they can find tutors and mentors for subjects and connect with other students with similar courses, hobbies, and interests.

  • Community Page

    • Where students can find their clubs, interests, and the social connection of their choice of distance.

  • Knowledge and Interest Page

    • Where students can find professional experience, intrinsic work values, and projects that would better their own goals.

    • Daily Check-In where students can find events that align with their interests, such as local game nights and more!

  • Chat Page

    • Where students can find their group chats, club chats, and more!

  • Profile Page

    • Where they can customize their information, such as hobbies and interests, school information, goals, and values.
